Just a quick update on how I am finding the Moomu. Since the mattress was delivered a few months ago, the aches and pains which were causing me major problems with sleeping have improved dramatically.

As I explained when we first spoke I have congenital scoliosis (abnormal curvature of the spine). This along with a normal mattress would often make sleeping uncomfortable and leave me waking up in agony.

I noticed the difference as soon as I first got into bed using the Moomu mattress, and I now look forward to going to bed for a great night’s sleep. I wake up far more refreshed and less grumpy in the mornings!

Thank you for your receipt for the mattress we recently purchased. I just wanted to put a short letter together to explain our feelings abut the product.

After having been involved in a collision (car) back in June ‘07, I have suffered back and neck pain and have been attending physiotherapy sessions at the Osborne Clinic in Jesmond, Newcastle. I must say that seeing the development of the mattress over various stages has given me a greater insight as to the complexity of the process and the degree of research which you have had to perform in order to deliver a top quality product.

I feel that both the Mammonth and the moomu beds have great potential and should be able to sell themselves on the evidence you have delivered. Personally I felt they were both comfortable and supportive and would be happy to recommend them to my patients. I often find myself in the position when I am asked to recommend a bed and unfortunately can only point them in the direction of the nearest bed shop with the advice of, “Take your time, but if it feels comfortable after a few minutes, then it’s probably right.”

I am eager to know when the mattresses are on sale and how they will be distributed so that patients may be able to try the mattress prior to ordering. I have no hesitation in recommending it for people with Sciatica, or patients with back or posture problems in general.

In reference to your client with Sciatica. Sciatica is a symptom, not a disease - a result of pressure on the roots of the Sciatic nerve, commonly caused from a prolapsed disk in the lower Vertebrae.

Therefore relieving pressure from the spine, and the disks in particular is a key treatment for the pain.

I recollect that your mattress has its background in spinal injuries. With this experience, but in most part, alongside the clinical evidence you have produced for your mattresses, I have no hesitation in recommending it for people with Sciatica, or patients with back or posture problems in general.
